Return and Exchange Policy

Baby Monkey only wants raves about our products. If you are not totally satisfied with your order, first email us at: info@babymonkeyNY.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

We will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed or defective products for return or exchange within 30 days of the shipping date.

Returned/exchanged products must be in their original packaging, have the original receipt and a RMA number.

We reserve the right to refuse a return/exchange without notice if the items do not meet our Return Policy terms. If you decide to return your order or part of your order, you are agreeing to the Return Policy terms.
