Baby Monkey offers onesies with an Asian influence and a Feng Shui inspired twist for mom's with a sense of fashion and a sense of humor. After attending eight baby showers within two years, Baby Monkey's designer and owner, Elizabeth Wong, realized that not all baby clothes were created equal. The hit of the parties were usually something whimsical, something that made everyone chuckle a bit, and something that made the mom-to-be forget for three seconds that her favorite shirt was going to be full of stains all too soon. Those experiences and a trip to China with her mother, a Feng Shui master, created a whole new world of infant designs.
Baby Monkey uses 100% certified Egyptian organic cotton from Under the Nile. Organic cotton feels softer and is more durable as well as more gentle and breathable to a baby's skin. It is grown and dyed naturally, meaning it is completely free of toxic pesticides and synthetic chemical fertilizers which are known to cause allergies, skin rashes and eczema on newborn skin.
